We want you to be thrilled with any purchase you make from us, and we'll work hard to ensure you get what you want at a price that feels good. With tie dye over the internet, there are several factors that affect this equation. Pictures of tie dye on web pages never really do them justice - usually what you receive will look quite a bit more vibrant and bright in person than the picture. We place items online that are "one of a kind" dyes - in this case, you are buying the actual item in the picture, as pictured and described. Obviously, we will do our best to ensure that every item ships with no defects or problems that would cause you to be dissatisfied with your purchase. If you have any problem with your purchase, we really want you to contact us, tell us what the issue is, and give us a chance to fix things so we're both smiling - we promise to do anything and everything reasonable to fix things, but we aren't big or brave enough to guarantee you complete satisfaction at any cost. What we typically WON'T do is pay for return shipping. If you want to return an item you don't like, contact us, ship it back to us, and we'll refund the cost of the original item, but not the shipping cost we incurred. If something is obviously defective or sub standard, and the problem is on our side, we'll talk about it, and try to make you happy. We think that's a pretty fair assessment of our customer service policy and a reasonable and fair way to do business that keeps everyone smiling. At the end of the day, I can tell you that we've used this business model in all our boutique and vending transactions, and I really don't think we've ever failed maintain a MUTUALLY satisfactory relationship with a customer. Far and away, just about every customer we've ever dealt with has been thrilled with our products and all aspects of our transactions. We know you will be, too.
